Over the past few weeks, 68 units have been completely refurbished (particularly in the lower part of the resort, around the original pool) - we were very impressed at the scale as it looked like all the furniture and carpets were being replaced.

 Some of the units also had new electronics (big screen TVs) being wheeled in.

Looking for that place to unwind and find the Aloha spirit on the Gold coast of the Big Island of Hawaii, well this it!!

The nicest newest timeshare on the Kona Coast... the decor and layout are like old Hawaii ( except it's all new a nice) Close to all that is Kona, right on Alii Drive.

Near the all the restaurants, stores, great seafood dining and so much more..

This resort is one of the few that have central air conditioning, large 2 bedroom suite, gourmet kitchen, large lanai, some units have a partial ocean view, but you are only a block or 2 away from the ocean.

Also the second bedroom has a King size bed.

And these are the most comfortable beds and pillows..

The master bath has it's own Jacuzzi type tube along with a stand up shower..

This resort is superb, the pool area's and hot tub's are fantastic.
