We have a unique and special package for sale, called a UDI, or Undivided Interest, It allows you to book a Red , White and Blue week in the same year, and once that seasons week passes, you can book another in the same season, allowing your to book up to 9 weeks per year.

The annual fees for 2012 were only $1256, so if you only booked the 3 regular weeks, they would only be $418.66 each, that is less than $61. per night for this great resort.

Shenandoah Crossing is located approximately 30 miles northeast of Charlottesville and 107 miles southwest of Washington, D.C. The focal point of the resort is the large manor house built in the style of Colonial Virginia.

Amenities at this resort include an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, a restaurant, an independently owned 18-hole golf course, a 60-acre lake for fishing, mini golf and an equestrian center.

Nestled in the resort's wooded area are log cabin accommodations and a 48-room lodge.

The Grand Cabins are 2BR/2 baths max 6/4;   are centrally air conditioned and include 2 televisions, fireplace, and whirlpool tub, 1 King beds,2 twin bed, and 1 sleep sofa.

A US$50.00 refundable credit card authorization is required at check-in by MC, Visa or Amex.

 The pool by the Manor House is only available to guests over 21.

 Gas-powered boats are not allowed on the lake.
